Bad things must happen in threes for Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh.
First, an anonymous general manager called him overrated. Next, there was yet another fender-bender. Now, he's being sued.
Gregory and Laura Packer have filed a lawsuit against the defensive lineman over a hefty residence security deposit, according to The Oakland Press.
The Packers (no relation to the prominent NFL franchise of the same name) leased a Birmingham, Mich., residence from Suh and his sister, Ngum Suh, and are now seeking twice the amount of the $100,000 security deposit, along with interest, court costs and attorney fees.
The Packer family moved into the residence on March 15. They later moved out and notified the Suhs, who haven't returned the deposit and haven't allowed thePackers to retrieve private property still at the residence.
The Suhs are also accused of violating the security deposit law, which states that a security deposit cannot be more than 1.5 times the amount of monthly rent.
